Creeping Bentgrass
Creeping Bentgrass is primarily used for golf courses on greens and fairways. Its ability to tolerate low mowing heights and its appealing shade of green makes it ideal for the golf industry. It is generally not used for home lawns because of its high maintenance requirement.

Kentucky Bluegrass
Kentucky Bluegrass produces a dense, lush, and durable lawn with proper care but requires higher maintenance to stay at its best. Graham Turf offers top-performing varieties with excellent drought tolerance.
While slower to germinate than other cool-season grasses—typically 20–30 days—Kentucky Bluegrass rewards patience with a resilient, high-quality lawn.

Ryegrass
Perennial Ryegrass is the fastest establishing species of all turf grasses. Its germination can be as quick as 3 days but in most cases around 5–7 days. Ryegrass creates a beautiful lawn and does not require much maintenance. In north America we see lots of ryegrass in lawn mixes. Graham Turf has many different varieties of ryegrass that may be optimal for you.

Fescues
Tall Fescue
Tall fescue is one of the more droughts, heat and wear tolerant species. It stays green in dry summer periods and can tolerate high temperatures. Tall Fescue has a thicker look and texture compared to fine fescue.
Fine Fescue
Fine Fescues are found in most grass seed mixes. Due to its excellent shade tolerance and lower maintenance need it has become quite popular. Listed below are four major species of fine fescue that we have here at Graham Turf.
Creeping Red Fescue
Hard Fescue
Chewings Fescue
